Procedure of Admission for all English Courses



STAGE 1: PROVISIONAL ADMISSION FOR STUDENT VISA

Application Submission

Prospective students submit their applications for admission for English course through the online portal.

Eligibility Fee

Student needs to pay Eligibility fees of Rs. 1500/- online.

Application Review

The International Centre office Admissions Team reviews the applications, by checking the eligibility and completeness.

Provisional Offer

Eligible applicants receive a provisional admission offer, specifying that it's for visa purposes.

Visa Documentation

Students who accept the provisional offer begin preparing the required visa documentation, including, passport copies and any other documents necessary for the visa application.

Visa Application

Students apply for a student visa in their home country using the Letter of Provisional Eligibility & Admission offer and the necessary documentation.

Confirmation of Visa

Once the student visa is approved, they inform the International Centre and proceed to Stage 2.



STAGE 2: DOCUMENT VERIFICATION AND COURSE FEES
Document Verification

Students, who have been granted a student visa, submit their original documents for verification to the International Centre, SPPU. These documents may include academic transcripts, certificates, 10+2 Marksheets, Passport and Student Visa documents.

Course Fee Payment

After successful document verification, students are informed about the course fees and payment instructions.

Fee Payment

Students make the necessary payments for their English course through the International Centre English Course Portal specified payment methods.

Final Admission Confirmation

Upon receiving the course fees, the International Centre confirms the student's final admission and provides a formal acceptance letter.

Bonafide and Other Documents

Students receive essential documents such as the Firm Admission Letter, Bonafide Certificate, and any other documents required for their stay and study in the country.

Orientation

Students may be invited to attend an orientation session, providing information about the course, campus facilities, and any other relevant details.



Documents Required
  • Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate of 10+2/ Intermediate/ Senior Secondary/Pre-University/Bachelor/Masters Marksheet or Transcript.
    Note : Attestation must be from Indian Embassy in your country or your Ministry of Education or your Country Mission i.e. your Embassy or Consulate in India.
